By downloading or using KasGOOD POS, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the application.
💼 2. License & Store Use
We grant you a non-exclusive license to use KasGOOD for point-of-sale operations, inventory management, cashier logging, and financial reporting in your store or business.
You agree not to reverse-engineer the software or engage in unauthorized distribution.
💳 3. Subscriptions & Billing (KasGOOD Pro)
KasGOOD offers both a free tier and premium subscriptions (KasGOOD Pro Monthly & Yearly).
- Billing: Processed directly through your Google Play Store account.
- Auto-Renewal: Renews automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation: Easily manage and cancel anytime via Google Play Subscriptions menu.
🗄️ 4. Data Ownership & Responsibility
You own all business records and transaction data you enter into KasGOOD. We advise performing frequent cloud backups through the in-app backup feature.
⚖️ 5. Disclaimer of Warranties
KasGOOD is provided "as-is". We are not liable for business interruptions, hardware incompatibility, or lost profits.
